1) Returns

Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and intimate/undergarment products are not eligible for return.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
2) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
3) Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
4) Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly at no extra cost to you.
5) Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
