Thank you for shopping at Bellerinned! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below:


1) Returns

  • Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and intimate/undergarment products are not eligible for return.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.


2) Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).


3) Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.


4) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly at no extra cost to you.


5) Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
